I watched this movie on TV in the early 90s, when I was a teenager. It's about 2 teenagers who were in love. Both were from single parent families. Unfortunately, they found out later on that their parents were in love with one another and planned to get married. So now they were going to become step siblings, and so they had to sacrifice their love for their parents' happiness.

I think the storyline went something like that. Does it ring any bells?

Well there is this guy i like and he is really shy.So i don't really talk him.Then i was woundering if he would get with me.My friend told me he was stuttering and he said no.So then another of my friends ask him and he didn't say nothing.My third friend ask him and she told me he said no.Finally another friend ask him again and he tried to convince him and he said no.I was cring and he saw me and i guess he felt bad.But what i have been seeing is that he looks at me ALOT.So wats up with that does he like me or just want 2 break my heart?

I accidently cut myself in a dream, it was a small cut and I was scared blood would start gouching out of my finger (left hand) but it didn't. The cut was sort of deep and red inside. I tried to cover it by putting pressure on it because I didn't want to look at it.

Before i start, when i say my bathroom, its in my room, so when i refer to the light from the window, its a big window...
(I thought this one up myself)
3 or the 4 lightbulbs in my bathroom are broken. So when i go there in the day (with the door closed), its is very dim inside.
So you'd think that if i went to the bathroom at night (with the door opened) with 3 of the 4 lightbulbs broken, i wouldn't be able to see anything at all!
But wouldn't the bathroom look "brighter" because of the contrast between the one light bulb and the darkness outside? Therefore, i would be able to see better where i'm going in the bathroom at night then in the daylight?
I hope you understood my question.
I would like a more scientific answer, concerning the light, or the way our human eyes see the light.
