Totally normal. The hot water excites the nerves and causes blood to flow more readily to the genitalia, which increases the excitement more.
And, you can't pick a cleaner place to masturbate. Have fun!

Its very normal, I like to sit in the tub with the shower going and have the water temp just right and hit right on my genitals and stroke away, Whew! talk about a mind blowing orgasm!!! Easy clean-up too. Have fun!

I think its normal because....one, your already undressed and two, there is no denying that warm soapy water is a pleasant sensation.
I would imagine it a rare person indeed who could soap up and wash all over without having some pleasant feelings. Its only your imagination and level of will power that determines what happens from there.

Masturbation is normal. ^-^ However, since water is an anti-lube it's always awkward for me. Had the urge, but not for me personally.
