Need the name so I can look it up online, and/or address so I can MapQuest it. TIA

There's a "Greek" place called Veranda Cafe (or maybe just Veranda) that I think is actually run by Lebanese people. I could be wrong about that, though, they might be Greek. I haven't asked. I like it. It's on MacArthur and Walnut Hill in Las Colinas, right off of 114, so it might not be too far away. I always go at lunch, though, when they have a buffet. They have hummus and gyros on the buffet every day, along with a rotating assortment of other stuff, but I've never seen tabhouli on the buffet, unfortunately. I like the all-you-can-eat hummus and gyros a lot, though.

The very best I've eaten at is at Ali Baba's located at lowest Greenville just north of Ross in Dallas. It's right across from Blue Goose and all of the Greenville hangouts. The best gyros you can eat--and I've eaten at both Fadi's & Kostas and this place is so so much better.

For just plain old Greek, Greek Isles at Parker and 75 in Plano is very very good.

Go to guidelive.com, select restaurants and do a search for Greek and Lebanese (they're both in the drop-down list). Look for places with 'guide pick' for some of the best food around. The higher the rating, the better the food.

There is Hedary's for Lebanese food. I have not been to the one on the Ft. Worth side of the metroplex but the one off of Coit is very good. I don't know about the Greek food though. There is an It's Greek to Me by my work, it is a chain but not bad. Their falafels are decent.

Its a ways, but I live near a place called Yanni's...It's in West, TX, about 65 miles south of Ft. Worth, supposed to be the best Greek in TX, or so I'm told.

How about Egyptian? Try King Tut's. (five star rating by almost everyone.)
