I accidently cut myself in a dream, it was a small cut and I was scared blood would start gouching out of my finger (left hand) but it didn't. The cut was sort of deep and red inside. I tried to cover it by putting pressure on it because I didn't want to look at it.

It may be that you have poor circulation or just missed any blood vessels.
In any case , bleeding helps to clean the wound and since that did not occur you should seek medical attention.
They will clean the wound and most likely give you a tetanus booster. It beats infection, gangrene and on and on

Either you cut it in such a way to where you missed capilaries or you were in shock, therefore kept your body from recognizing the true danger it was in, so to speak.
