I NEED/WANT to lose weight. I have started exercising, combining aerobics with weight training. (I do the FIRM workouts--love them!) My dilemma is I don't like vegetables. I have tried to convince myself that I like them and I have tried recipes to make them more appealing. Neither of these things have worked for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to overcome this or supplement my diet? What about drinking V8 or something like that? I can tolerate lettuce and green beans and that is about it. Thank you for your suggestions.
