Ok, I can't think of the exact word, but it's when waters slowly go away after a storm; especially after a flood. It starts with an s or something and I can't remember cause it's late and I have a block..! HELP!!!

I know the carnivores will suggest all kinds of red meat for me and liver, but I'm really trying to stick with vegetarian for as long as possible. (Years, if I can do it.) I've begun taking Vitron-C again to help, but would rather get iron, naturally, from foods if I can. In case you need a number, my hemoglobin count is usually a 9. Normal is btw 13-15. Any suggestions?

I have a 1987 ford ranger. It seems to be getting very weak. I can usually pinpoint problems with cars on my own but this has me stumped. If you baby it , it seems so sluggish and weak. but if you tromp on it it almost feels like a brand new one. whatt could this be? It has the 2.3 liter four cylinder and a plain c4 tranny with over drive.
