I know that if you deposit more than 10K at a bank at once, they will fill out some sort of form and report it to the IRS (or at least I'm told). My question is, what if I deposited $9300 on Wednesday, and I deposit $7K today (two days later) It is over 10K, but it is not at once. Will my bank notice this on some sort of audit and report it to the IRS anyway? I have about another 18K that I need to funnel in before July. I want to take it out of my safety deposit box and into an account that earns interest. The bottom line is that I used to have a side business that sold mattresses wholesale and it was all cash. I never filled out a business licnese, and therefore never reported any of it to Uncle Sam. I don't want the IRS auditing me to find out where this influx of cash came from and have to pay penalties and back taxes. So is it strictly 10K a day, or do they take a look at all of your deposits if they become abnormally high all fo a sudden? Thank you everyone.

i have a 2year old son from a previous relationship- which ended badly when i was pregnant. His natural father told me he wanted nothing more to do with me or the child, and has kept to that, i have not seen him since the day he left us, and he is not on my sons birth certificate, he has paid no money for him, never even seen him... I moved on and found a great bloke who has stuck by me through thick and thin, we now have a daughter together and are due to get married this september! My son calls him daddy and he loves him so much, they get on so well! my new partner has been the one that was there from the start and has given him all the love a dad could give! i want to make it so he has legal rights to him and is on his birth certificate! Can my new partner adopt my son even if we dont have permission from the biolgical father (we have no idea of his whereabouts) i want to make the man that has given my son everything a real part of his life.

People lie on their dating profiles, there are some who are married or already in relationships. There are those who are trying to scam for money and I had one who actually hacked into an account and tried to purchase using my ID luckily they were caught. I believe in trust but sometimes I dont know if I should be so trusting anymore.

Part 1
I am 28 and my brother is 38 we are 10 years apart, but it seams that we are galaxies away. My father was once married to lady when he was 20something they had a baby boy but she left one day leaving behind my brother. At that time he was around 1 plus, my father was a guitarist and was always on the road. So he dad to leave my brother behind with his elder’s sister which is still not married till today. My aunt adopted him and became a single mother during her youth. I really respect my aunt because she wasn’t my father’s real sister. He too was adapted in to her family, as years passed my fatter begin to settle down in a town where he and his band stayed. They would work in the day and perform at night.

Part 2
He mat a lady in this club and got interested in her, soon they got married and I was born. My brother was so happy that he had a baby brother, and come all the way to our town to see me and live with my father. At that time both of my parents was working at that club. They didn’t have time to look after both my brother and me. They choose to take me only, I am sure it’s because I was a new born child. Then my brother was sent back to my aunt and after that he was an unhappy with his life. I am sure he wanted a family, he was10 when I was born. I grew up never knowing him but my mom would tell me stories that I am not her only son that I have an older brother. I would away ask where he is, I want to see him. They will only show me pictures and letter from him.

I've been a consultant for more than 5 years. The problem I am having is that I can't seem to make the transition from a low-level desktop/systems engineer to enterprise consultant. I want very much to be the expert in my field but I can't seem to get the opportunity. My company paid for me to get 5 wireless networking certifications, but then never assigned me to a wireless project. The result is I am "paper certified." The same thing happened with my MCSE. I had the same problem at my last company. Currently they have me assigned to a data entry job. Arrggghh!!

You would think that consulting would be the best way to learn because you would see many wireless installations in a short time, for example. But it doesn't work that way. I'm starting to think that maybe consulting is not the way to go.

How did you become a high-level consultant? How did you become an expert in your field? Can you give me any advice?
