Dragon Ball Z is definitely the best. it is certainly the best action cartoon i have ever seen, the characters are great and the stories are awesome.
Why are some people answering this if they do not even know what an anime cartoon is?

I have to go with DBZ also. I've watched it change from just DragonBall to Dragon Ball GT without missing an episode.

Hey fellow anime freak. Dragonball Z is a really good anime, one of my favorites.
My favorite anime is Fullmetal Alchemist, it has such an awesome story, good action, very appealing artwork, just a freaking amazing anime.
