I put this question up in a pub, offering a free pint to the one who answered first correctly, noone won the pint, and I eventualy had to reviel the answer myself. But I think there isn`t many smart people in my local.

My husband bought our house before we married. We have re-financed since then and the bank required my signature on the loan papers. I believe the deed and the tax records only have his name on them. Is this legally half my house? If my husband died - would the house be mine and/or am I responsible for the loan?

I bruise very easily (especially on under arms and shins). i had my iron checked about a year ago when i donated blood, and everything was fine.. are there any other causes or remedies? could it be a symptom of a disease?
