I bruise very easily (especially on under arms and shins). i had my iron checked about a year ago when i donated blood, and everything was fine.. are there any other causes or remedies? could it be a symptom of a disease?

The best place for an answer to this question is your Drs office. There are many different kinds of blood work and other lab studies. Go for it.

Eat leafy green vegetables that have vitamin K,like broccoli.Vitamin K is the antidote to Coumadin,an anticoagulant.

I would be concerned about this..yes there are other things that could cause the bruising..I would see my family doctor and then a specialist if necessary.

vitiamin k or potasium(liquid potasium is taste BAD!!!)
