You could get a spray on tan, or go to a tanning salon about three times a week and lay in a tanning bed for about five minutes. You don't want to do it too long because of skin cancer. Also you could try tanning products such as Nutrogena.

I love the new lotions for pale skin that give you a natural glow when you use everyday. Another option is to go to the ocean (depending on where you live) on a breezy day , that always starts my tan quickly!

I am the same way. Don't tan--burn. I tried the Dove Energy Glow lotion for light skin and it is the first thing that I have found that doesn't look fake. Its not orange and it actually looks good. But if you use, I have found out that you should exfoliate before you put it on every time. That helps with the flaky-orange look.

You know what I am very pale too. So I would just use sunscreen because I can't tan either and I was told you can't use anything else from my mom.

To quote Paul McCartney, let it be...pale skin is awesome, just be happy and wear sunblock.
Though if you're really desperate, try a spray on tan.

There are salons that do spray tans. Or just embrace your paleness. So many beautiful women are pale. Tanning causes skin cancer.....

Try an artificial tan or use a cream. Or just use make up with a darker tone (and maybe body glitter to distract people from the skin tone)

I wouldnt even worrie about it. The Lord brought you into this world the way HE wanted you. As long as you keep your skin clean, soft, and healthy, shouldnt matter to be tan. If God wanted you tan he would of brought you into this world tan. Be yourself and be happy the way you are.

Don't put on SPF 45 put on SPF 30 or something along those lines, you will still get protection from the sun but will be able to get some color while tanning.
