I believe this would be "amo te mei uxor."
The verb amo, amare in the first person singular present active indicative, meaning "I love," the personal pronoun tu in the feminine accusitive singular form meaning "you," the possessive pronoun meus, mea, meum in the feminine genitive singular form meaning "of mine," and the noun uxor, uxoris in the feminine vocative singular meaning "wife."
This is a translation following the word order that we would normally write it in English. A Latin writer would probably write it in something closer to the form below.
"Mei uxor te amo."
