I find it quite perplexing that certain ceremonies are not legal binding yet they allow gay marriages yet when I marry i have to go through all the legalities of regestary offices just so that I can have the same rights as a "normal married" person. (wiccan handfasting are not reconised)

My daughters computer shut down by itself, now it will not boot up or recognise my hard drives or disk drives.

On my daughters computer, I had Windows 2000 pro on the hard drive, a back-up hard drive with a ghost image on it, and a 52x CD drive.and comp would not boot up - just kept saying drives not recognised.
Would not even start from Windows disk, or in safe mode.
Went into bios, and everything seemed fine, altered things and put them back as they were set, even loaded defaults, and still no joy.
I formatted the hard drives, and loaded Windows XP pro, and I am still having the same problem.
I have also tried several different hard drives, thinking that the original was on its way out.
Anyone got any ideas as to how to fix it, or what the cause is??

All picture files saving as bmps?

Just recently when I right click to save a picture off the internet, it automatically saves it has a .bmp, even if the picture is a .jpeg or .gif. Does anybody know why it's doing this and how do I fix it?

Jealousy - How do I handle it?

Weird phobias?

Has anyone got any strange phobias? I've got a real fear of anything that is out of proportionatly large (no jokes about male organs... have heard them all before, hardy har). For example i once saw a hot air balloon taking off in the park and it was in the shape of a budweiser bottle and i had to leave the park. I'd be f****d if i was one of the borrowers.
