well, "best" is all relative, and not only latina women have certain types of curves because i'm not latina, but people are always asking me if i'm mexican or peurto rican. Anyway, if you're asking why latina women generally have the same TYPE of curves, it's because of ethnic genetic similarities. It's the same reason why asian's have the same shaped eyes, or africans/african americans have stronger built bodies naturally. It's all genetics.

LoL, It's a matter of preference... Latinas have as much variation in shape/size as any race. Genetics causes certain area to accumulate fat cells more than others.
