I'm absolutely exhausted, I think I managed about 2 hours sleep last night broken up into 15 minute intervals throughout the night.

I've never been a good sleeper but with my depression/anxiety over the past 18 months it's got much worse. For a while my GP prescribed me sleeping tablets, but he won't give me any more now because they're so addictive.

I've tried all the usual suggestions of warm milky drinks, hot baths, writing down the things that are worrying me before I go to bed, avoiding too much stimulation before bed etc etc etc, but none of them seem to be helping.

I think part of me is scared to go to sleep in case something bad happens (I tend to get panic attacks once or twice a week, in bed when I'm trying to get to sleep). But I can't survive on the little sleep I'm getting - I'm totally spaced out and can't think straight at all.

What can I do to get a decent night's sleep?

I side on some issues with the Liberals as well as the Conservatives. But when it comes to abortion I am so disgusted. I am a mother and when I look at my son I wonder why so many babies have to be murdered. Why is everyone so protective of a woman's rights when an unborn child depends on his or her mother to defend them, protect them, nuture them, etc. When a woman turns on her unborn child and decides to end his or her life, it is called abortion and the mother is protected by the law. If a person takes the life of another it is called murder and that person lives the rest of their life in jail or is put to death themselves. Why do we ignore the unheard voices of the unborn who are murdered and ripped from their mothers womb? Babies and all children are innocent. Why do we silently sit by and allow this to happen? Where is our compassion, conscience and moral obligation to protect those who cannot protect themselves? The unborn is our future without them we have no future.

Since few days I can't check my email anymore :( I can sing-in. Users-name and password are accepted. I can go to several pages in Yahoo, but not to my Mail and also not to My Yahoo. When I sign-in with another account that I have by Yahoo I can go to this email via compose. It's very strange. What can I do? I need to check my email and I also want not to lose the email that's already in my inbox :(
I did not changed anything. It happend from one on the other moment :(
