We'd like something right on the beach that can sleep six. Something a bit "nicer" vs. "rustic". I am surfing all the VRBO-type sites, but would love a personal recommendation. Also, if the house doesn't have water-fun stuff (boogie boards etc) can we rent those nearby?

I'm doing a study. I've heard very mixed things from many natives. If you could, I'd appreciate if you include where you live in San Diego and where you work. Also, what you do for a living as well. Thanks!

We are only staying one night so it doesnt have to be fancy at all (cheapest is best), we were just hoping to get something on the beach. We would like to stay close to the Mission Beach, Sea World, Zoo area...

I'd like to move to southern California somewhere between San Diego and Carlsbad. A little inland. What are people saying is the best and neatest place to live?

I've found tickets online for $33.00, but they are called "Best Value" tickets and include stuff I don't necessarily need. I was wondering what the cheapest option would be, and if there's a difference in price if you buy a ticket when you get there.

I just heard theres a convention in San Diego this weekend and that many of the parking garages will be closed.

Does anyone know if this includes the 8th and Harbor garage, I just purchaed parking there with my tickets?

I'm a Padre fan from Vegas coming down this weekend, so I dont know much about the parking garages.

Thanks for your help.

-light breeze
-big enough breeze that your paper plate would be blown out of your hands
-Hold on for dear life type wind?

Would it be difficult to have a picnic in July or August in San Diego because of the wind?
