I'd like to move to southern California somewhere between San Diego and Carlsbad. A little inland. What are people saying is the best and neatest place to live?

It depends on what you mean by "best" and your lifestyle. If you are wealthy and want a high standard of life the La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe are tops. If you are open-minded and into surfing and an alternative lifestyle check out Ocean Beach. If you are a-little-bit country and can stand the heat there is Ramona. But hurry before all the prices go even higher than they are now.
