I've found tickets online for $33.00, but they are called "Best Value" tickets and include stuff I don't necessarily need. I was wondering what the cheapest option would be, and if there's a difference in price if you buy a ticket when you get there.

The "Best Value" includees the Bus Tour, Express Bus and Skyfari Tram. If you just want admission that is $22.75 for adults. I don't beleive that there is any discount for on-line purchases.

However, the Zoo is not flat it has several canyons and is quite spread out. The one advantage of the the Bus Tour is that it also includes an express bus that you can get on and off at several points. After a long day of walking it sometimes is nice to have a bus to take you to different areas. That is $9-$10 if you bought it by itself so if you buy the package you basically get the Skyfari for free.
