Ok, im from the UK and fly to the US occasionally. They do the thing with your finger prints and take your photo when I enter. Now when I'm leaving the US I see them kiosk's at Chicago O'Hare airport and think "If I don't do this they might not let me back in the county". My question is, do i have to "check out" and if its voluntary then can it still affect re-entry?

As a trucker with a govern speed of 65 mph on USA Highways moving up and down the Eastern Corridor (Maine over to Tennessee down to Pensacola, FL. and ending down in Miami, FL.) what would be the average amount of vehicles I would be in traffic with? How many vehicles would I have traveled with in a years time, given I'm home and off the road only 36 days out of the year. This would be mostly night driving and traveling a average route of 41,000 miles in 14 days. PS. This formula may need more Info. let me know and I will try and help you.

he is worried about his application form as he has a criminal record for something he did 2 years ago. It will stay on his record for 3 more years. If he tells the truth what are the chances of him getting in? if he lies and gets found out obviously he won't get in at all but what are the chances of him getting found out?
