We are planning a trip to Disney World sometime next year. It will be my husband and I, our 2 boys, and my mother-in-law. We will probably be going at Easter or in the summer as my mother-in-law isn't able to take time off of work(teacher). It looks as those are the peak season. We are on a budget and we are not able to stay in one room at the value resorts because they have a four person limit. We thought about renting two rooms at a value resort or renting one room at the Animal Kingdom lodge for about the same price. Which one would you do. Or does anyone have any different suggestions. Thanks!

I've been going through the Sea World and Discovery Cove website trying to plan our trip in March. I keep seeing places to put Promotional Codes...does anyone have any they can share with me?
The Discovery Cove deal is $259 pp and gets 7 days free at Sea World plus the day there....is it worth it? How many days can a family with a 14 & 11 y/o do there and have it still be interesting?
Things to consider: We're in the Disney Vacation Club and have done that since they were babies, and we're scuba divers, but the kids aren't.
Thanks for any help you can share!

I'm asking this question again because this computer was acting up and I accidentally closed the question..

Anyway, I've been to Disney World before, and have also read lots of books about the parks, company, rides shows and everything. I know which rides/shows etc. that I like and which ones I want to do this time around too, just curious to see what other people like :)

My favourite is Fantasmic, it's absolutely brilliant.. I love the parades, Wishes, Philharmagic and of course Cinderella Castle too:) Also really looking forward to the new Nemo musical and Nemo ride, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Animation Courtyard, Muppet and Bug 3D, Mermaid and Beauty & The Beast show, to go shopping in the fun Disney Shops in Downtown and in the parks, Chef Mickey's, Coral Reef, Sci-Fi Dine In, 50s Prime Time.. and much much more!!!!

I am moving from Colorado back to Orlando after 3 years. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good jobs in the Orlando area that might be available around Feb. 1??
I have experience in the insurance industry (agent), as well as the hospitality industry (valet, doorman). Any help would be awesome!!
I need to make AT LEAST 40k/year. (I didn't realize how expensive Orlando had gotten in the last few years)

Does anyone know if there is shuttle transfer from the airport to Port Canaveral? Or is it better to rent a car and pay the parking at the port? Or can you rent a car at airport and drop at some location at the port? Thanks

I'm thinking of taking my two year old daughter to Disney World in Florida and was wondering if anyone has been here and has any suggestions on the DO's and Don't about planning and taking a trip to Disney......
- Everyone keeps telling me that she is to young to remember her trip but I'm planning on taking her again when she gets a little older as well.

We are going on a cruise as a family and staying in Orlando one day before and one day after our cruise. We're interested in doing something in Orlando that isn't Disney related. Since we're spending the bulk of our vacation fund on plane tickets and the cruise, we'd like to do something inexpensive or even free. Any suggestions? I figure there must be something non-touristy to do in Orlando for fun. Maybe something the locals would see or do?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

is the best for a married couple traveling without kids ( best features for adults I mean)? Price is not extreamly important, but nothing outragously expensive. We will be there at least a week. have you actually stayed there?
