I just flew in to OIA over the weekend, and took a cab from the airport to where I live, which is about 6.1 miles, or 13 minutes from the airport. The trip cost about $14 and I gave the guy a $20 for everything, including the tip, helping with luggage, etc.

It's about 20 miles, or 25 minutes from OIA to UCF. So, it's probably going to be closer to $50-$60 for that trip. But that depends on how much you want to tip too. I'm not sure what the policy is for tipping cab drivers.

Good luck!

My Fiance came home from a business trip early and took a cab home to suprise me. He just said it cost him about $45-$50 not including tip. He just went down to the taxi podium at the ground transportation and a taxi was ready and waiting. He said it was very easy, but was not cheap. They do go by time, not miles. So if you hit traffic then it will be more expensive. If you hit rush hour.... forget about. lol We live about 3 blocks from UCF.

Check out Mears Transportation, rather than a cab. Mears is cheaper, cleaner and friendlier. And you can make a shuttle reservation online! Visit www.mearstransportation.com

sure, there are a good number of cabs waiting to furnish rides. inspite of the indisputable fact that in accordance to how some distance you're going you may want to favor to consider getting a city-vehicle to %. you up. prices are more most cost effective to employ a motive force for lengthy distances. also if you're staying at a motel i might want to signify checking on the table of the motel to ascertain in the journey that they offer a visit. UCF is a little ways from the airport, if they are going by miles, it probably wouldn't be too bad, but if it goes by time, your screwed.
