Winter Park borders Orlando. Obviously, depending on where you live in Orlando and where you're going in Winter Park, I would say the max trip from say East Orlando(UCF area) to Rollins College(central Winter Park) may be a 15 minute trip. Now, traffic in Orlando sucks and that is a different matter, but Winter Park and Orlando are close geographical neighbors.
