Wear jeans, a t-shirt or even better a long-sleeved t-shirt, and shoes like ducks that are OK to get wet. Most of the water rides don't get you all that wet unless you're talking about a water slide or wave pool, so you really don't need flip-flops. Plus some of the walkways have fountains and sprinklers next to them, and they get a bit slick for flip-flops. Chucks are good, so are Vans.

City walk is casual; you can dress up for sure but you will be just fine in jeans and t-shirt.

In the summer you can walk around in just your swimsuit top but it will be a little chilly for that in February. They do have lockers for rent so if you take a sweatshirt and don't need it, you can put it in the locker (or just tie it around your waist).

Weather in Orlando is variable that time of year. It could be anywhere from the low 40s here to mid 80s. I suggest bringing a mix of light long sleeve shirts and tank-tops. Bring a jacket too. You also should bring light pants in case it's too cold for shorts. And, bring a pair of jeans in case it's colder.

For City Walk, club attire is okay if you're hopping between the different bars and clubs, or if you're trying to get attention. Otherwise, something nice and casual just for hanging out there is fine too. It's a pretty diverse crowd.

You could walk around the park with your swimsuit top if you want. Me personally, I think anyone who does that looks ridiculous. Save it for the water parks or the beach. If you're in the other parks, look like you've been somewhere before.

Went to Orlando last Feb. and we took along long sleeved shirts and wore alot of sunscreen! The best thing is to dress in light layers such as a summer top under along sleeve shirt or sweatshirt that can be tied around your waist. A small backpack is a must to carry water and sunscreen along with the items that you buy. The water rides have ponchos that protect you but if you want the full feel of the ride rent a locker and place your dry clothes there and change after the ride because it will be pretty chilly. Have a great time.

NOT TANK TOP OR FLIP FLOPS! It can get really cold in the Parks in February!
Go for shorts(or pants on colder days), a t-shirt and sneakers.

i've got been to the golf equipment and that i like to gown as much as bypass out besides yet truly the gown code is greater informal. to no longer say you could not gown up yet you will no longer locate that many do. i could say that an exquisite summer season gown with turn flops or heels could be nice or what i in many situations positioned on is denims with a dressier ultimate. a skirt and shirt could be good as long as its no longer too dressy. or capris and a nicer shirt. i could say gown informal yet unlike going to the subject parks informal. no shorts and tees. and that i does no longer positioned on footwear. only remember maximum individuals on vaca do no longer convey any gown clothing so thats why you do no longer see human beings in genuine night life clothing.
