Mostly they're red, sometimes (I think, if I remember correctly) they're yellow or orange. THey are about the size of a basketball. I have seen them in areas that make me pretty sure they are NOT there to prevent aircraft from hitting the lines. Please help!! This is driving me crazy! (Please forgive the random categorization, I really didn't know where to put this question).

I need to know if anyone who is a Lawful Perminent Resident, travel to Mexico, Caribbeans, or anywhere where the new passport requirement is in affect, with ONLY their Green Card instead of a Passport?
