The best place is right in your own house with your family. I had once asked that when my father was still alive. He was a Retired U.S. Navy who travelled alot. I find him corny that time when he answered me right in your own house because it is yours and you have your own family whatever happens.
When I was in San Francisco, I cried and remembered what my daddy had told me. San Francisco is one of the finest cities in the world yet I feel so empty being away from my father especially on Christmas. It was my first Christmas away from home. I had been to LA, San Diego, Alisso Viejo, El Centro, Simi Valley and Camarillo all in California, Nevada and Hongkong. There really is no place like home no matter how your relatives makes you feel at home.
