Its a good time of year to go as the rainy season is ending, so the humidity will be down as well. It wont be cold, the minimum average would be about 24-28 this time of year, plenty of web sites can give you rainfall and temp information just put Vanuatu and weather into a search engine. the water remains very warm all year round (well over 20 degrees), that is for snorkeling, (diving temperatures are different) so you wont need a wet suit to snorkel or anything. How do you go Snorkeling? I think you are asking where, if you are on the main island the best beach snorkeling is towards and just past breakers resort, there are also many boat tours which will take you on a all day snorkeling trip for about 7000-8000 vatu (if you are going to port villa just exchange your money at the banks there, you get a better rate) also if you don't have your own snorkel gear just buy a cheapy set before you go, with mask snorkel and fins, much better to have you own set and if you are on an island, the resorts always tell you the best places for snorkeling. Maybe bring reef shoes if you have them, and some mosquito repellent and sun screen and if you burn take some alovera, because it is very expensive over there
Feel free to ask anymore questions,
Good luck and enjoy
