I am sending a letter to my friend for her birthday but I am going off a return adress she put on the back of the letter she sent to me. I live in Canada, and I am wondering, did she forget to give me a postal code or is there in fact not one for New Zealand? I want the letter to be kind of a surprise so I dont want to ask her! Hoping you could help...

Do we have to travel far to get alot of snow. We'll be coming in July 07. I just want Kiwi snow and heaps of it. Will we get it in Queenstown ? Tourism advise please !!!!

I'm looking for ways to get from Christchurch Airport to anywhere in Dunedin without a car - are there any good trains/ buses/ flights? Who sells them? There's absolutely nothing on the web (well, nothing I could find at least...).
Thanks.

I know that when people go hiking on the appalachian tral in the USA, they can mail themselves clean socks, more clothes etc. Then they pick them up at the local post office as they pass by. Do you think I could mail somethings to New Zealand, and do the same? That way I won't have to haul so much luggage.

I fly into Christchurch after 23;00 and need to find somewhere (cheap) to stay for at least 2nights.

do you know anywhere that will have an open reception and how do I get from the airport at that hour? or is it a busy place and will there be public transport available then? how much would a taxi to the city be? is it far from the Airport?
