I'm not a businesswoman but wanted to jump in because the other answers are so lacking. Kiwis are generally pretty easy to deal with. Communication can be an issue. Some of them have thick accents and you won't be familiar with hearing it. Most of them can understand Americans well (thanks to all the movies and TV shows on offer here) but beware, some of them may have a hard time with your accent. I've found that Kiwis aren't terribly interested in food, but they love their wine. Hope this helps.
