I heard there is no snow but the temperature is around 0 eg Celsius (or 32 deg Fahrenhit). The coldest weather I been to is 10 deg C to 15 deg C. How much do I need to add to my normal winter clothing to sustain reasonable state of mind in such cold weather?

Is it windy in Oslo in November? Should I bring along a windbreaker?

Hi everyone. I'm a 22 year old finishing college in about another year. I previously visited Berlin this summer and found it to to be the best city ever. Although I don't speak german, how how hard would it be to relocate to another country like germany? Also, I would like to know how hard is it to find a job in Berlin, knowing the unemployment rate?

Hello guys !!! i will be going to switzerland during winter for around 10 days. So i got some question to ask about transportation.
1) i will be going to paris for only a day is it worth it to buy the France-Switzerland pass or should i just buy the swiss pass only ?
2) Does the France-Switzerland pass allow me to travel free in zurich? And does it have discount when i taking mountain top ride such as Jungfraujoch ?
3) And how much is the round trip ticket through and fro paris from zurich ?
4) I will be visting Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower anything to visit as i only have a day over at paris ?

I heard that Credit cards have now caught on and there is a 3% charge for things you buy on them. I always used credit cards before now i don't know what else to use. I don't want to do travelers checks. FYI I'm going to Europe Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona.
