I'm presuming you are walking as you mention buses and trains to get to the centre of Glasgow. I'd look on www.theaa.com and click on route finder. Input the train/bus depot address and your end destination and it will give you the shortest route and tell you how far it is. Hope that helps! p.s. I live in the South and have never been to Glasgow so can't give you directions personally!!

Babybond Glasgow

Babybond Glasgow is conveniently located within the prestigious Park Circus area in the West End. The practice is set within a Georgian townhouse which boasts period features. Kelvingrove Park is also accessible from the Park Circus area. The park circus area also benefits from reduced parking charges at peak times and is free off peak (Evenings and all weekend). M8 Motorway is only a few minutes drive.

I like this travel-planner for the UK, for bus, train and will give car info too:
http://www.transportdirect.info/Web/Templates/Home.aspx?NRMODE=Published&NRNODEGUID=%7b9B2CEBBB-B2D4-4022-A0D1-5B939541864D%7d&NRORIGINALURL=%2fTransportDirect%2fen%2fHome%2ehtm%3fcacheparam%3d7&NRCACHEHINT=Guest&cacheparam=7&repeatingloop=Y
With this and the answer above it should be easy, from wherever you come from.
