What sorts of goods do both the United States and westen europe sell to other nations? What sorts fo goods do they both buy?

Selling:
High end consumer wares, (top of fashion, computers, cars, ....)
Services like banking and knowledge
And products made with subsidizing like food dumped into the local markets in Africa and South America.

Buying:
Everything made cheap in other countries, (like the majority of clothing, electronics, cars, ....)
Services that cost a lot of man power, like entering information into computer systems.
Food.
Oil and other sources of power.
