Aruba

I would like to stay at an all inclusive resort in Aruba. I would like to stay in a villa, not a high rise building. Anyone have any suggestions?

Preferrably a newer 5 star or close to it...

Looking to escape the cold winter for fun, sun, partying, and adventure- excursions. The Island seems small, is there enough to do for a week? I don't have a driver's license but I want to rent an ATV in Aruba. Can I do that? One of the more popular tours state you need a driver's license to rent the ATV... I am hoping some place won't require it.
