I would like to suggest flying to Puerto Rico... Your money will be twice with the currency excange wich is a plus already. I have been to Aruba and it is a gorgeous island with lovely people. But it is very small and there are not too many options besides nature. Since you seem interested in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico provides many things to do. From gambling, great nightlife, beautiful secluded and crowded beaches, lots of nature activities, lots of history and sightseen. Also Puerto Rico is your "bridge" to get to other Caribbean islands.
