I don't have a driver's license but I want to rent an ATV in Aruba. Can I do that? One of the more popular tours state you need a driver's license to rent the ATV... I am hoping some place won't require it.

If you want to rent and drive any vehicles in aruba, by law, you are required to hold driving licence recognised by aruba. International driver's licences are valid for the members of geneva covention, see if your country is listed in the following list.

You should be able to rent without a licence if you are not the designated driver. Even if some companies allow you to rent, you could have serious legal issues when you have an accident/ got caught at the licence check-posts, affecting insuranre policy - vehicle, your health/life, etc.
So the answer to your question is "no" legally.
