All inclusive is a terrible idea! Aruba has some of the best restaurants in the Caribbean. I've gone several times and have had the opportunity to eat in some amazing meals. Top restaurants:
Flying Fishbone
Le Dome
Japengo
Madame Jeanette
Gasparito
Something fun to do is rent a Jeep(you can also go with a tour group) and tour the island. You can do so when you get there through the hotel. I believe the rental company we used was Amigo.

Stay away from the all inclusives, the food is generally very mediocre and not fitting for a honeymoon. The restaurants listed in the answer above all have good repuations. My personal favorite is Texas de Brazil, a meat eaters paradise. But, there are plenty of others. Activities such as snorkeling, parasailing, fishing are all favorites. Bring a camera with you. The ocean is magnificent. There are casinos is most of the hotels. Of course, the beach is obvious. In any event, they will have a magnificent time.

Make sure they get an all inclusive package. It costs a little extra buuuuuut, it includes all meals and tips, and ALCOHOL! So that alone should make for a good time... haha.. But seriously, The only extra cash they'll need is for eating outside the hotel, if they want to , and anything they want to buy to bring home.
