i want it near a entertainment because i will rent it out for the 11 months out of the yr im not there...i want it near a nice beach, something that people would rent from me for a vacation home....any suggestions on location??

i been visiting thailand alot in last 3 years and am going this april for my first songkhran (thai new year).
i usually go phuket or samui but i have heard songkhran is best in chang mai for celebration,although im told its cold there but that was from someone thai so am i still gonna get a nice tan there in april and have a good time?,
its somewhere i have never been in Thailand.

This event will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, but their site is entirely in Japanese! There is a world's 2007 website, but tehy have nothing under "ticket info"! (they do have the schedule however)

i do visit thailand alot an would really like a long term relationship with an ordinary thai girl,im well aware of the bar girls and red light scene but this does nothing for me at all.
I would like to meet a girl who works not in a bar,i would like to think that not all westerners end up marrying a bar girl.
I know these girls are poor and need money but i am looking for a different kind of thai lady is this possible?

Best in terms of location, room size, bed comfortability, facilities & of course friendly staff service.

Please name only one hotel each for KL & Penang. Do not give me your top 3 hotels in each location or anything similar as this will only increase my difficulty when making a choice. You could give your reason for choosing that hotel if you wish.

I am a US citizen, she is from the philippines. I want to marry her there but cant afford to keep flying there, I need to know how many times I actually will need to fly there. I have heard about a 10 day waiting period after filing for a license. I heard that you have to be there for a month also. Can somebody help me clear this up, would appreciate it.
