In China Yunnan, where can I find snow?

Which city or town (not mountian) in Yunnan can we find snow :

1) All year round

2) Winter seasons.

There are no cities or towns that fit your descriptions in Yunnan. However, there's a mountain resort near the city of Lijiang (about 15km away) that usually has snow in the winter. In fact, there's a ski facility there.
