These are beaches located far out near villagers, obviously far away from Kuta, with pure sparkling white sand.

I've been a tourguide in Bali for 9 years. Any beach there with pure sparkling white sand, trust me - the tourists have discoverd it.
Best thing to do is walk along the beach from Candi Dasa (lesser tourists), until you reach a part of the beach with no tourists lying there. I did that often, if I was tired of being with my tourist-groups. Just walk off along the beach. If you find a quiet place, move inland and see if there's any Losmen (low-buget hotel).

Pure sparkling white sand? Dream Land beach near Uluwatu but it's not a secret. It is so hot that only the "bu-les"(white foreigners)goes there ,nice for surfing and def finitely sun bathing. Not crowded!
