I noticed that many Lebanese hate Syrians now. Why don't they distinguish between Syrian government and Syrian people? Syria is a dictatorship. Many people don't support Assad. It's a really immature act. I'm ashamed of some Lebanese.

With the Middle East. Just by seeing how unstable the Middle East is, it doesnt make it hard for me to believe that ISrael is gathering resources to fight. Im pro-ISrael all the way, but does anyone have any suggestions for why ISrael is getting ready for a 'huge war', which is what they are calling it.

where is the turkish consulate in dubai? (caling them is useless they dont answer) and how long does it take to get a tourist visa to turkey if u have uae residency but u are from: Lebanon, Oman, Poland and Yemen (we are 4 people and thats where each of us is from)... and if u have any useful info abt istanbul for tourism then go ahead and give it to me pls

اتنين متجوزين من عشرين سنة .. قرروا يروحوا يصيفواع البحر بنفس الفندق اللى قضوا فيه شهر العسل زمان لكن الزوجة كانت مشغولة فاتفقت مع زوجها على إنه يسافر لوحده و هى ح تلحقه بعد يومين....................
وصل الزوج ع الفندق و دخل الغرفة فوجد كمبيوتر بالغرفة و متوصل بكابل الانترنت فقال يبعت ايميل لزوجته يطمئنها فيه على أحواله بعد ماكتب الرسالة و هو بيكتب عنوان البريد الالكترونى لزوجته أخطأ فى كتابة حرف فى العنوان و بالطبع راح الايميل لشخص تانى تصادف إنه كان لأرملة لسة راجعة من مراسم دفن زوجها اللى توفاه الله بنفس اليوم .. الست الأرملة فتحت الكمبيوتر بتاعها لتقرأ ايميلات التعازى وقعت ع الأرض مغمى عليها بلحظة دخول ابنها اللى حاول يسعفها بكل الطرق و لم يفلح فى إفاقتهانظر الابن إلى كمبيوتر والدته و قرأ الرسالة التالية

زوجتى العزيزة .. وصلت بخير .. و يمكن تتفاجئى لأنك ح تعرفى أخبارى عن طريق الانترنت لأنه دلوقتى بقى فيه كمبيوتر عندهم و يقدر الواحد يبعت أخباره لأهله و أحبابه يوم بيومأنا بقى لى ساعة واصل و تأكدت إنهم جهزوا المكان و كل شىء و مش باقى غير وصولك لعندى هنا بعد يومين إشتقت لك كتير و

Israel agrees to release Palestinian prisoners
JERUSALEM - Israel’s cabinet agreed on Sunday to release 250 Palestinian prisoners in the latest attempt to strengthen Western-backed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas after Hamas’s seizure of the Gaza Strip.

“I think this is a worthy gesture to make ... because we want to use any means that can reinforce moderate elements in the Palestinian Authority,” Prime Minister Ehud Olmert told the cabinet in broadcast remarks.

Olmert had pledged to free prisoners of Abbas’s Fatah movement in a June 25 summit with the Palestinian leader as part of a Western campaign to bolster the new administration he named after sacking a unity government with Hamas Islamists.
A government official said the cabinet voted 18 to 6 in favor of a motion to release 250 prisoners.

I know this guy, and he loves to talk about love. One of his favorite movies was Titanic and he really wants to get married. He even said he was in love with me! Do you every call a guy Abo and his own name as a nick name like Abo Assem if his name is Assem? Or is this only used in terms of saying father of someone... Also is Reem another way to say Rami? One more question is Abo only used to say father of a son or also a daughter?

Was it that long ago that Arab media sources (just last year) with errors (if not down right collusion) with major western media outlets were caught giving huge inacuracy as legitimate photo journalism and stories? (see http://zombietime.com/reuters_photo_fraud/ ) I get tired of the Arab distortions and those in the media who do such things. I am no right winger, just a seeker of the truth which I find is often lacking in Arab account and those western news outlets that rely on them. Why does this still go on?
