saturday the doctors changed the plate and some screws in barbaros injured leg and they are treating him for an infection. the doctors are stressing that these complications could be serious. please pray for this special horse

I ride Western saddle. Fairly experienced in riding, however, when lopeing the horse I can't seem to get my balance without holding on. Is there a trick?

My best friend bought Secretariat's grandson, Secretariat's Joy. Joy (Barn Name) raced but his old owners took him off the track and kept him out in the pasture, with all thier retired racehorses! I mean, he's Secretariat's grandson!! Shouldn't thay have kept him on the track? And He Won 5 out of 6 of his races in his first racing year!! I had to help my friend get him back into shape because he had been out in a pasture eating grass for to long!! Now he can jump and is probably the best horse on the farm. Tell me what you think about this story.

I would think that women are generally smaller then men so why arent there more women in horse racing?

I'am 15 and have been riding for about 2 years.for the last few months i have had to go to the bathroom alot.is it something to do with me riding.i have had a bloodtest and a few urine samples but
nothing has shown up. do i haave an overactive bladder or an infection or somethong.is there anything i can do to stop me from going to the bathroom a lot or to reduce it.(i own a horse and i only go riding once a week but i do have the pony camp next week)

i can jump in riding but how do you know when to bend over when going over the jump?we do 3, 2, 1, and then bend over but i don't know when do start counting!!does anybody know when to start counting or does anybody have anyother tips on how to know when to start bending over?
(i know its probaly a wierd and confusing question but please help!!!!!)

How is it determined which horse they will ride in all the horses in a 13 race day? Do they have agents who do the negotiating for them or is it planned ahead of race day?
