.....and congrats to the US team but the true winner is GOLF. It is truley a great day to be an IRISHMAN. Can't wait for 2 years time to see both the US rookies and the European rookies take centre stage.

I am a petite woman with custom clubs and I have noticed that my friends who are all over 5'7" can hit the ball longer and higher than I can (they can hit 150 - 200 yards yet I am lucky to get 75 - 100). I understand that I have a different swing plane but would this affect the distance or is it something else?

I didn't see it, but was told that it was a real dancey number with a woman as the singer. They thought that it was a Nike Golf commercial for a new golf clothes line...or something of this sort.

When a golfer is on the green.When he places his ball back on the green to putt does he place the ball in front of his marker?I am not sure how that works?
