What is a wist? I have been playing golf for decades and have never heard the term wist. lol

Also, I see that you have asked over 25 questions, that are basic and beginning questions about golf. It is obvious from these types of questions that you act like do not play golf and have never had golf lessons or you would know the answers easily to all of these elementary type of questions....... So I am curious as to what your point is in asking all of these questions, some of them over and over again? Why don't you just learn to play and read a book on golf and maybe some golf magazines?

On the other hand you seem to have a slight bit of knowledge about the game and equipment. So is this all just a way for you to get points or what? Seems rather odd to me after reviewing all of your questions on here. Very odd.

I mean you pretended not to know why the grips on putters are different from other clubs, and you wanted to know why? Seems fishy to me. If you don't play how would you know that the grips are different? If you do play you would know why. What's really up here? lol

dude, when did you learn English? When forming a thought in the form of a sentence, it helps to use more words in some sort of pattern to convey your ideas. I have to agree with the princess here. If you have played golf enough to understand what a lie angle is, then you know that the the question that you've failed to ask here isn't going to be answered on Yahoo. You play the ball as it lies, with a high loft angle if you want the ball to go higher, and a lower loft angle if you want a flatter, usually longer shot.

"Mr. Madison, what you just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard. At no point in your rambling incoherent response, were you even close to anything that can be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to you. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

Wish I could help, not sure about a wist. I thought you were getting at which club wouldn't open or close in some deep rough, but you were talking about a bad lie, unless it's a bad lie in deep rough. If so, you probably need a lofted club eight iron to your wedges, and pitch back to the fairway if it's that bad of a lie.
