1. Begin playing a game of soccer and time how long it takes spectators to fall asleep or start doing crossword puzzles.
2. Show how the soccer method of breaking ties can be carried to other sports i.e. boxing, after the match is declared a draw each boxer gets to take one free swing at the other boxer. This continues until a winner is declared.
3. Have a group of soccer kids run up and down the field waving to their grandparents and test whether it is imperative that soccer players pay attention to the ball being kicked.
4. Test whether the upper half of a top soccer players body atrophies from lack of use.

I have to say it's Bayern Munich. Because the big clubs that's still undefeated are like liverpool-Real Barca Arsenal
Roma etc, I think Inter too, but for this season I feel in domestic league play the PL La Liga and Serie A is extremely tough so i think all these clubs will eventually lose before Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich can probably go undefeated all season since they dont have to play champions league matches

Hi, im a soccer player that is decent and getting better by the day. I have recently started playing with some of the men from the neighborhood during their practice, for their team Chapos. In order to keep up with their skills, I need to find a way to have shots go low (preferably no higher than 5 feet) but while still maintaining the high velocity that I can put into shots that go alot higher. How should I go about doing this? I currently hit it pretty hard with hooking left and then right before hitting the ball with the right foot, so if there is somthing wrong about hitting it that way, please let me know.

I know a soccer ball should be about 6 to 8 PSI, but I can't find a gauge that accurately measures PSI below 20. Does anyone have a "rule of thumb" so to speak for how to tell it's about right when you don't have a gauge? For example if you drop it, how high should it bounce? or When you press on it, how soft/hard should it be?

Thanks for any help!

Like, is defenders just suppose to stay around and try to tackle other people to prevent them from shooting in goal? Or is it that they can go to the other half as well?

Please answer me, I'm a bit mix up. Oh, and how many people play at once, on one team?

Hi, I am starting a football club in my town and all is set except our club nickname. My town have a rich history of being a place for executions so the plan was to nickname our club "Executioners". But because many people were executed here, some shareholders want the club to be called "Phantoms". So should it be "Executioners" or "Phantoms"? Give us your opinion. Our colours will be all black for home, all red for away.

I was recently new to soccer , and today in practice I picked up being Goalie. It was real fun ! Funner than any other position (for me) , and I blocked about 4 shots. This Saturday though I have a game and I'm going to ask my coach to be goalie (because our current goalie doesn't even show up to practices or doesn't take it seriously) . What should I Learn until then ? Anything to help me become fearless ,help me dive better , or just basic fundementals ? What supplies do I need ?

Thanks

In my town, I would like to start a soccer league for high schoolers not on the school team. This is a very popular idea in my high school as many people over the past few years have talked about wanting to make one. I know personally about 60 people that would want to do it. There should be enough feilds in my town. There is is a similar league in my high school for basketball where the seniors are the captains. How would I go about making a league like this?
