During the last season, I think there was one Champions League game shown on ABC but other than the Olympics, you won't find any soccer games on ABC or NBC. You will need ESPN or ESPN2 or some Spanish Channels to get some games. You can also get Fox Soccer Channel and Setanta Sports. But none of these are on regular TV.

By regular tv do mean over the air antenna? If you only have an antenna then you will very rarely be able to find any soccer on ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. You will have to watch on one of the local spanish stations - Univision, Telefutura, Telemundo, etc.

Good luck.

At times such as the Olympics the networks sometimes carry (and butcher soccer matches). Last time ABC carried Olympic soccer they would just leave teh match in the middle of play for other updates and commercials. While I wish you could watch more games I hope ABC never carries matches again.

Rarely. ABC aired the men's world cup matches for USA last summer as well as the final, otherwise really no. ESPN shows MLS games, women's world cup games, champion's league games. FSN shows a prem game on tape delay a week, at least in Portland Oregon they do. For the basic networks you are going to have to wait for USA Men's team to be in another world cup, or for the Women's world cup to come back to the united states.
