Before the tournament started we heard various stories on the possible threat to blacks during the world cup.But the African teams and fans came and have left the world cup without any issue.So was the racism card overplayed?

If so, how many points are you on and which country mainly features in your team???
Quite a cool competition, but my defence is a pile of you-know-what. . .my manager and I chat about it every other day!Our points are quite neck-and-neck. . . .

Corruption in football?

Ok, I'll admit I wasn't around during the 60s, 70s, or even 80s for football. But I have recently noticed the the players are becoming poorer and poorer at team qualities and sportsmanship. I've seen players dive after a challenge, vry for a little bit, then whine at the referee. Now some of you may say this is uncommon, but people like this are ruining the beautiful game. Even sometimes when the defender does kick the opponents feet (and it's clearlt a fowel), the player will over-exagerate by rolling on the grass and crying like a little baby. And sometimes the player clearlt sees the defenders foot, but wants the call for him, instead of moving and risking possesion of the ball. And other times the player will have a defender slide in and it hits his feet and he falls, although if he tried he could keep his balance. Players like this should be booed even by their own fans. Am I the only one that thinks football is going down a dark road? Please comment :)

Do you think france is a threat?

During the group stages I didn't even bother to raise this question, but having qualified for the knockout round & seeing the way their solid defense, with Viera in form & some Zidane magic, were able to outclass Spain, I'm beginning to wonder if France can actually become a power to reckon with in the world cup.
