No, the players from the other team cant, but the ones from the same team can. That is why in the corner, there is always a midfield or a forward in the second post.

You are also not allowed to touch the flags from the corners.

No, I am a referee and if a player were to do so I would call an indirect free kick to the opposing team.

No. Neither can the goalie use the goalposts to pull himself up to make a save.

Also, you can't intentionally play the ball off the referee - but if it bounces off him it continues to be in play (as if he were a post).
