i see...US doesnt have many playing abroad, just a few from mexico and i heard Saudi Arabia had no players in Europe...they werent allowed or something?

Not completely right but you are onto something. The important thing is that players are challenged in their own leagues. Some of the best leagues in the world are in Europe, but You should also consider others like Brazil, Argentina and Mexico as very competitive leagues.

What do you mean?

Most of the players that played in the African countries that qualified play in Europe.

While teams that did good too like Ecuador, only have one player playing in Europe, and its in Second division.

I think those two things are not linked together, but of course if they play in other teams they can get their best experience, and they can improve.

which particular teams are you referring to.Most of the African players are based in Europe so that cannot be the reason for the performance of African teams.
