is it a courtesy to the fans so they know whats going on? or is it like an official transcription or something like that, so nobody is confused about a call? i noticed the NHL has started to have officials announce penalties over the PA system as well but they post penalties on the scoreboard so theres no need for the PA announcement.

You know what happend to Tom Brady last year, that he got snubbed by not making the Pro Bowl !!!

Will this happen to Peyton Manning ?? Will he miss the Pro-Bowl ?

If so what is your list of QBs that you think will get voted to the PRO-BOWL ?

I think it's San Francisco, they haven't score more than 20 points in one game this season.

With only a couple weeks left in the season, things are still up in the air. I personally think it will be LSU v West Virginia. I don't think either team will lose. I will say that LSU has the toughest remaining schedule and will have the greatest chance of losing. I would love to see my Buckeyes get into the title game, but they slipped up against a very good Illinois team and the Rose Bowl will likely be our game.

Let me see, Peyton can throw 49 TD in a season. Brady can't because he's running up the score. Minnesota can score 559 pts in a season but Patriots can't because there Defense is good and they shouldn't need to score so much. Jerry Rice can score 22 TDs because he's Jerry Rice. Randy Moss is a "bad boy" and we can't have him with a record. Can you people please let history happen and not whine about it?

first you call them cheaters for a minor rules infraction and say their superbowls were tainted and they arent good without cheating.... now that they arent stealing signals you say they are being mean by running up the score...

give them a break, they cant help it if they are up by 30 at the half of each game, what do u want them to do? pack it in and just let the other team have the ball the whole time in the second half?

In Friday's NY Post, Phil Mushnick says this:
"After Mike Tirico noted that Niners' coach Mike Nolan, following the death, the day before, of his father, said there was never a question whether he'd be on the sidelines for this game---he would be---Kornheiser could have left it at that.
Instead, in keeping with MNF on ESPN tradition, Kornheiser eschewed silence in favor of my-turn, me-too noise-making. "THAT'S how you honor your father," he soulfully declared.
So then, had Nolan chosen to be with his grieving mother, on this night, what would that've meant? That he dishonored his father? For crying out loud.
After the passing of his father, Tiger Woods withdrew from competitive golf for nearly a month. What should we make of that? All this time we thought he loved his father."
So what are your thoughts on this classic stupid outburst by Kornheiser?

I like your team, I think Anderson is the real deal. Do you think they should trade Quinn or keep him around another year?
Since I don't live in Cleveland, I just wanted to hear from those who are real Cleveland fans. What are your thoughts on this?

its ridiculous that despite their wins, the cowboys get no lov in the name of not blowing out the opponents like the unsporstman patriots. How come there's no ill will against the steelers and colts? they got worse perfomance at this stage !!! And don give me crap about injuries-quality teams dont give excuses.

Do you think Belecheck is bitter at the league for comming down on him hard for the NYJ filming incident? And if so, do you think that he is taking it out on the league by pounding teams like an NCAA division 1 team does to a division 2-3 team?
