YES! And it would work well if the stadium was moved a few miles south, somewhere between Salem and Portland, along 1-5. The NFL should have capitalized on the downfall of the Blazers as fans were getting tired of the act and I think they could have brought in a ton of people if they started a team in the early 00's. Regardless, even now an NFL team would sellout weak in and weak out

No, but an NHL team could. I would rather see a NHL team in Portland than in hillbilly Kansas City.
