This is not a knock on Grossman but rather a valid question that should be asked. There are many outstanding college athletes in all sports that just can't cut it in the pros. Is Grossman one of them?

I just saw a list of the names of the eleven Longhorns who have gotten in trouble with the law since 2006. Last Monday, another freshman adds his name to the list. Coach Mack Brown is long suffering, which is both a strength and a weakness. Kansas State scored over sixty points against their last opponent. They have been a spoiler for both Texas and OU. If Texas can gel and stay out of trouble, they have a good chance against Kansas. They have raw talent, but that means absolutely nothing if the chemistry of the team is absent.

The only thing Oklahoma has over Texas is uniformity, which accounts for a lot. Distratctions are always a minus in any sport.

Coach Brown is a compassionate man by nature. Some do not like his approach as a coach, but I really admire him. I definitely would not want a live wire like the Oklahoma State's coach. He acts as if he is two tacos short of a Fiesta Platter.

When he was traded on of the Raiders' staff said that Moss' skills are declining and he's just using the team's dismal preformance as an excuse. Look at him now more touchdowns than he had last season and only 3 games has passed and he already has 400+ yards receiving.

In NFL football, where would the ball be placed if a team attempted and missed a field goal from behind their own goal line (a 115 yard FG)?

If it is placed where the ball was kicked, it should be placed in the end zone. Would this give the other team an automatic touchdown? Or would some other rule prevent this from happening?

By the way, I know this is a silly question!

Brian's career qb rating is 84.5. Tom Brady is only 89.2. Only 13 quarterbacks have a better rating this season than 84.5.

Rex Grossman's career rating is 71.1, and dropping fast. This season its much worse.

Doesn't this have to be driving Brian crazy?

There have been several teams in the NFL that have been wearing throwback uniforms as of recent & the one team that wore throwbacks today were the Eagles. I mean, what was with the different colors they wore today? They looked like a college football team that gave a pounding on one of the professional teams & I find that the Eagles Throwback Uniforms were awful to see today. Instead of their Green & Silver, it was Light Blue & Gold that was to represent the start of their franchise in the 1930's. My goodness, what was that team thinking?

And the Redskins wore Throwbacks today & their uniforms represent the 1970's look. Too bad it didn't help him win today & for good reason.

All I can say is it's not a bad idea to do something like that on occassion when you have all the 32 teams to participate on it, but to have such awful throwback uniforms dated back to the days of the depression, please! Leave those in the past & leave it alone! Throwbacks? It's a throwup!

I am watching my favorite team The Dallas Cowboys destroying the Chicago Bears in Chicago 34-10 with 2 minutes left in the game. I know it is early in the NFL this year but is there anybody better than the Cowboys in the NFC. In the entire NFL I think that the Colts and the Patriots are better with the cowboys #3. what do you think?

You all gotta be crazy, Manning-Harrison? Montana and Rice were great, and probably were the best wr qb tandem ever.

It's only week 3 and people are people are saying they are the best ever and total cocky pices of crap, and not worth anything. The Brady-Moss deep threat is probably THE best offensive weapon that any team has in football right now (please try to prove me wrong on THIS one.

And please, can all the Pats haters out there tell me when Brady or moss have been "cocky" in the media or in their personal lives, cause that one still has me scratching my head? The reason Moss acted like a jerk the last couple of seasons was because he was with Oakland, a horrible team in every sense. Now he plays for a winning team. Period.
